Is it safe to use my credit card with you?
Snugg Nightwear purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. We use Sage Pay to process your credit card information. Sage Pay is fully approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance that can be achieved.
Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption, which is the industry standard. In addition to this, once your order has been transferred to our order processing system, all credit card details are handled by Sage Pay’s security systems and are not held on our website. Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the checkout. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for the locked padlock icon in your browser screen.

Why do you need to collect my personal details?
When you fill in a form with us, we collect your name and contact details. We do this so we can contact you if there’s any problem. We also contact customers through e-mail with special Snugg offers and information. (You’ll be the first to know of new products and sale offers!)
We do not make e-mail addresses or telephone numbers available to other companies. We never pass your credit card details onto anyone, and they are not stored on our website.
Terms & Conditions
Your access to the Snuggnightwear website is subject to the following terms and conditions and by accessing the site and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by them and any future alterations and additions. If you are unhappy with or have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact us at hello@snuggnightwear.com before placing an order with us. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
No part of the Snuggnightwear website may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, linked or otherwise used without the express and written permission of the site owner.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no representation or warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied except for changes made by us on the site, which we may carry out occasionally. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Snugg Nightwear will operate as a variation of these Terms and Conditions or will constitute a legal representation.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Snugg Nightwear will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you (at which point the buyer's credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). Once your order is despatched, the sale contract is concluded. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
All prices are GBP and inclusive of VAT. VAT will be deducted for deliveries to non-EU countries at checkout stage. Please note that certain children's products are zero rated. The price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. However, all prices displayed on the site at point of order will be honoured. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. Please see Postage & Packing costs.
Snugg Nightwear must receive full payment for your order before the order can be accepted and despatched. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock availability checked, Snugg Nightwear will send you an email confirming acceptance and despatch of your order. Please keep a copy of this confirmation for your records. We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil an order once it has been accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person at any time for whatever reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from this website whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Tell-a-friend
Whenever you tell a friend about Snugg, you will be eligible for a 10% discount after they have placed their first order. Once your friend has placed an order, you will receive a code, which you can use on your next purchase. Your friend will also get 10% off their first order with Snugg.
You can tell as many friends as you like, however, you will only be able to claim your 10% discount after each friend places an order. Your order will be invalid if you try to claim in excess of your 10% per friend.

Competition to win Hatley shorty PJs when you Tell-a-friend
Whenever you tell a friend about Snugg, you will go into a competition that is running from 27 July 2010 until midnight on the 31 August. There are three prizes which will be given away at random. The prizes are one pair of Hatley shorty PJs per winner, chosen at our discretion. You can not claim the prize for cash or anything else except the prize. You will also be in the TAF scheme as mentioned above, so you will still be eligible for your 10% if any of your friends order.
